Contractor Parking Information

 

Parking for contractors is provided as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Issuance of a Contractor ID does not guarantee a parking space.

Parking passes are required to be displayed on all vehicles parked on campus.

Contractors  may be required to obtain a daily temporary parking permit. Daily permits are issued based on available parking capacity and may not be available during periods of high demand.

Even during periods of low parking demand, contractor parking may be limited due to conferences, campus events, maintenance projects, or other operational needs.

Facilities or the Moody project host are responsible for communicating any parking restrictions to contractors before they arrive on campus.

Normal Contractor parking privileges are daytime only; daytime is considered 5 a.m.–midnight. We do not offer overnight parking for contractors.

 Contractors if granted a parking pass must park in these designated the parking lots:

• Lot C
• Lot E (Overflow)

Parking Violations

Contractors are expected to follow all posted parking regulations and any temporary parking instructions issued by Public Safety or Facilities.

Vehicles parked in violation of campus parking regulations or temporary restrictions may be subject to enforcement actions, including

• Citation
• Tow at the vehicle owner's expense

Failure to comply with temporary parking restrictions or event parking directives may also result in towing.

General Information

Moody Bible Institute provides contractor parking only when space is available and operational needs permit. Contractor parking is secondary to the parking needs of students, employees, faculty, approved guests, and visitors.

MBI assumes no liability for vehicles parked in campus parking facilities and is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or personal property left inside vehicles while parked on campus.
