Parking Application
The student parking application becomes available approximately 1 month prior to the beginning of the school term (July for Fall, December for Spring). If you receive a school year permit for the Fall term, you do not need to request another permit in the Spring.
Application Process:
Step 1: Apply on the new ARMS parking website (Follow this link: https://parking.arms.app/)
- You will sign in with your Moody username/password
- To request a permit, you will need to make sure your vehicle is added to your profile ahead of time.
- Make sure that you are applying for the correct permit type. If you apply for the wrong permit, we may not be able to give you the correct permit.
Step #2 Receive Approval from Parking Office via email.
Step #3 Purchase and pick up parking permit at designated date.
*If the ARMS link does not work for you, email parking@moody.edu and our office will reach out to you individually to correct any issues with the ARMS link.
All parking violations must be paid in order to purchase a permit. These must be paid prior to your permit purchase or at the same time as your permit purchase.
